The amenities varied but we enjoyed the
Spacious suites with great ocean views. The pools were well-maintained. The dining options were limited, and we faced long waits during peak hours. It was a decent stay, but improvements are needed.

Best staff, everything was really good. Location: the hotel was close enough to a hike as well as Tayrona National Park. Bello Horizonte district was definitely worth visiting.

Everyone from the staff was best. Location: the hotel was not far from the sea and the mountains, which clearly creates a very contaminated area to rest, and Colombia for almost three years. I visited Starbucks, plus it was located nearby.

Well, it was an exceptional stay with customer service during our stay. The location of the hotel was very central, next to Colombia for almost three years, all restaurants, and the Tayrona National Park. There was an a la carte restaurant nearby. The breakfast was above average and we enjoyed the bar where the food was served.

The grounds seemed like a tropical paradise with lush greenery all around. The pools were clean, very inviting, and not crowded. I spent some quality time relaxing by the pool and soaking in the sun. My Junior Suite offered fantastic beach views. The staff stood out for their friendliness and attentiveness. They were always there to help with anything I needed. Dining options were diverse and tasty, with a vibrant breakfast buffet that never disappointed. Seating areas by the pool could use more shaded spots. I found myself shuffling around looking for a comfortable space to relax in the sun and shade combo. Air conditioning in my room felt a bit too chilly at times. Still, these small issues didn't overshadow the enjoyable moments I had .
